Valiento is a trading-discipline coach that runs as a website and a browser extension on TradingView. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
Account details: your email address and the profile, onboarding, trading-plan and rule settings you enter.
Chart activity from the extension: when connected, the extension sends TradingView trading events such as symbols, timestamps, entries, exits, trade sizes, prices, P&L and stop or target movements.
Content you add: journal notes, coach chat messages, mood or energy answers and any broker reports (PDF or CSV) you upload.
Email addresses you submit to receive guides or cheat sheets, and messages sent through our support page.
Basic usage events on public pages (for example, button clicks and scroll depth) to understand what is helpful.
We never ask for broker or prop-firm passwords, broker API keys or financial permissions. The extension cannot place, change or close trades and cannot move money. Trades made outside TradingView are not covered.
To show on-chart warnings, build your journal, session reviews, analytics and Prop-Firm HUD, provide coaching, manage your trial or subscription, send emails you requested and respond to support enquiries.
Data is stored in our Lovable Cloud backend. AI coaching and analysis use Lovable's AI gateway and model providers, including Google Gemini; relevant trades, warnings, journal details, chat messages and uploaded reports may be sent to generate feedback.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Valiento does not receive your full card details. Emails are sent through our email delivery provider.
We do not sell your trading data or share it with brokers, prop firms or advertisers.
Your records are linked to your account and protected by access rules that prevent other users from reading them, and data travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.
You can clear your coach chat history and delete uploaded reports in the app. Revoking your extension key stops new activity being sent; it does not delete records already stored. To request account and data deletion, or for any privacy question, contact us through the support page.
